At In The Zone Baseball Club our Mission is simple...

Provide and maintain state of the art facilities and equipment to insure a safe, comfortable and effective training environment for baseball and softball players of all ages.
Offer a thorough selection of training from a staff of experienced baseball and softball coaches and instructors, and assign them specific to the level and goals of the team, class or individual.
Provide opportunities for players looking to advance in the game through our challenging and competitive developmental travel programs of ITZ Thunder Baseball and ITZ Lightning Softball.

As a Coach, I've always felt that the most important factors influencing a players success were being passionate about the game with the will to work hard, and a consistent repetition of fundamentals in their training program. At In The Zone, I plan to develop the environment and staff to support that, and provide opportunities to further build on them.

As new members to the ITZ family, we have limited exposure to operations and management of this program. However, what was immediately apparent was the professionalism and honesty of the people who dedicate themselves to the growth and success of the program, the experience they strive to offer to their players, and the care and maintenance that is paid to the facility.  As a new member of the team, we look forward to the start of a new season with much anticipation, and are pleased knowing the year will be one of learning, development, and positive experiences.

As I watched my 8 year-old son, Michael, compete in a recent statewide Pitch, Hit and Run competition I reflected on the instruction he has received at ITZ Baseball.  The independence with which Michael made adjustments to his throwing and hitting during the course of competition, without any adult input, was a rewarding experience.  I attribute the adjustments my son made and the success he had to two main factors: the instruction he received during the winter months at ITZ, and the availability of cage time ITZ offers its members.   Michael went on to claim the hitting and pitching disciplines in the competition and later competed in Fenway Park.  There is no doubt that ITZ played an integral part in my son’s success and was instrumental in providing this life-long memory. Thank you ITZ.
