At In The Zone Baseball Club, we are committed to developing a staff of Instructors and Coaches with a diverse range of experience in both baseball and softball. We are sensitive to the age and skill level of all participants, and by having a range of Instructors that specialize in areas of the game, as well as an ability to teach at a level that is understood and productive for the student of the game. We understand that although basic fundamentals in the game should be consistent across most levels, there are many ways to teach based on the students existing skill set and history. We do not "clone" players into "only one way". We fine tune and adapt instead of recreate whenever possible.
